The Cheesegrotto Piatto requires absolutely no tools to assemble and disassemble at your convenience. Its innovative magnetic panels lock together seamlessly so you can't even tell it's collapsible! Storing the Cheesegrotto Piatto in the Fridge

Want to hold onto your wedges and wheels for weeks?  Place your compact Cheesegrotto Piatto in the fridge and remove the cheese as needed.  The Grotto can keep your cheese fresh for weeks on end due to its humidifying brick and breathable back panel.  Simply submerge the brick in cool water once every 3 weeks for 2 minutes and place in the bottom of the Grotto.
