• Pawlet: A raw Jersey cow's milk cheese aged a minimum of five months, offers mildly sweet, creamy & nutty flavors on the palate with bright grassy notes (8-oz)
• Rupert: A raw Jersey cow's milk Alpine-style cheese aged for a minimum of nine months has toasty & buttery notes with a hint of sharpness (8-oz)
• Rupert Reserve: Those wheels are set aside for a minimum of twelve months like treasured vintages, and released when they're ready (8-oz)

The Cheesegrotto and Cheese ship separately, so you will receive two tracking numbers. Orders placed by Thursday will ship the following Monday.
