About the Producer

Goat Rodeo Farm & Dairy is a 130 acre family owned farm located near Pittsburgh, PA. The farm has a herd of more than 100 Alpine and Nubian dairy goats and make a variety of fresh and aged goat cheeses using traditional techniques for artisan cheese production.

One of the best

I will always buy this cheese. It’s one of my favorites and has been for years! Take it out of the fridge about an hour before serving it so it’s room temperature and super creamy when serving. It’s really good on apple slices or on crackers. I sometimes eat it on Triscuits and the added salt is soooo good with the woody flavor of the cheese. 10/10

Wagyu and More!

I recently received my Cheesegrotto selections of Wagyu Bresaola, Wild Rosemary from Goat Rodeo, Marin French Cheese Petite Camembert and Sour Cherry Pomegranate Conserve. At a small dinner party they were so popular I worried guests would want to skip dinner and just dwell on the charcuterie offerings! It was wonderful to have a unique goat cheese offering for my guest who limits dairy. The conserve has enhanced meat, cheese, and bread at my table. I recommend all of these items from Cheesegrotto.
